We take our time to explain all our treatment recommendation. Have you ever wondered why your dentist recommended you to replace one of your fillings that has been good for decades? Very often, when teeth have large fillings especially silver fillings, over time due to normal wear and tear, the filling can result in fracture lines that can potentially fracture your tooth. The picture to the right is one typical example. The filling has been in this patient's mouth for decades. No symptom. During the examination Dr. Hathuc recommended a new filling to prevent potential fracture. The patient really had no idea why Dr. Hathuc recommended the filling replaced. We used our intraoral camera to obtain the image and showed it to the patient. This is a very typical example at our office. Our goal is to make sure you understand the why's for all the treatments we recommend.

Infection control in our office is extremely important to us. We have zero tolerance for infection control. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
We use the latest technology to sterilize our instruments. Our autoclave system is monitored by a third party and tested weekly to ensure all instruments are sterile before using on our patients. We use high quality bottled water for all our dental procedures.

We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. Our entire team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
The picture to the right is what you see when you lay down in the dental chair. We may be able to play your or your child's favorite movies and/or TV show on the flat screen TV for you during the treatment. We may also be able to play your favorite songs while you are there. Headphones are provided so you can relax and enjoy as if it were in your own room.
In addition, our office is equipped with nitrous sedation (laughing gas). Should there be a need to further relax you or your child, we can offer this to you to ensure you or yours have a positive experience.
